The dress was exactly as pictured and fit well. I got so many compliments so obviously I loved it! I was worried it wouldn’t come in time as this was my plan B for a dress (first from Amazon was a scam😭) but it came with a few days to spare!
The customer service was super helpful, a perfect 10! The dress itself was absolutely stunning!! However, the color was not what we expected and the sizing was extremely off, very small. chose not to do alterations. unfortunately I need to send the dress back, which I hope will not be an issue.

The chest area of this dress had lots of padding which made my daughter not like the dress. Since it was special order we didn’t attempt a return.
i bought this dress and within two weeks it was on my porch. it isn’t quite what the picture looked like and the straps were way too long and the cups are huge but it still is a gorgeous dress. I’m obsessed. I got it in a 16
Very well made.Looks just like picture. Did have to have the top altered it was a little big. But very pleased with the dress. I do recommend.
We ordered the dress at such a reasonable price, then they reached out for my daughter’s measurements which I was shocked by. It came in a very short turn around time and the dress fits her like a glove!!! She loves it and no alterations are needed! We are so so pleased with this company!!!!

Did a good job measuring and everything.
The dress is beautiful however there was mesh in the front neckline that didn’t show in the picture. It bunched up and looked terrible. We had it altered by cutting the mesh out and framed the neckline with some of the appliqués from the bodice. Big difference. Also, train is lovely and well made but heavy so be prepared. Since we needed alterations anyway we had the fabric underneath cut back but left the lace overlay. Lighter and looks fine.
The customer service was great. They make sure that it would get in on time for prom and made every alter I wanted. The only thing is the top has some sort of boning which isn’t visible in the photo so it kinda fits weird. Otherwise the dress is amazing.
She absolutely loved the fit and the dress itself! Definitely recommend! Only issue was worrying whether it would arrive in time however our emails were answered very quickly and our order was tracked very closely by the staff to make sure it arrived in time! Thank you Promnova!
The dress is so pretty and made really well. The only thing that could change is we ordered custom because daughter is very tall and skinny. So we did the custom sizing thinking it would be better but the dress was still big around her waist area so had to have it altered. Recommend better sizing options or more custom measurements. *But I could have possibly measured wrong*
