Return Policy & Cancellation Policy
We will accept returns if there are quality problems or wrong delivery time, but we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you provided, but we can offer free alternation.
For wrong size, wrong color, wrong style or damaged dress, we will make full refund, remake one or return 50% of dress price and you keep the dress without sending back.
In order to make sure your return or exchange request to be accepted, please carefully read and follow our guides as below:
1. Contact us within 2 days after you receive the dress, we can't accept return of dress that received by customer for over a month.
2. Please provide us with photos of the dress(front, back, side, details), to illustrate damage, bad quality, wrong size, wrong color, incorrect style etc.
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but please make sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided after you ship the dress back.
5. If you prefer to exchange dress, then a price difference will be charged if the new dress is more expensive.
6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
When you decided to return the dress, please pay attention to the following points, otherwise, customers should take the responsibility:
1. We use every ounce of our heart and soul to make each dress, they are full of love, our long experience and skilled craftsmanship keep us with a very low return rate till now, but if it’s our problems, we could return all your payment.
2. We will try our best to avoid making mistakes, we know how important the dress is for a girl, since all dresses are handmade, so for some slight chance there might be some small problems, if it is really our problems, we will make refund, or remake one for you.
